Connie MorrowFor over twenty-five years, Ms. Morrow has been practicing law in this state.  She is a former U.S. Law Clerk, Prosecutor, Municipal Attorney, Assistant District Attorney, and Assistant Attorney General.

Originally from the 'Free State of Winston' like Judge Frank M. Johnson, Ms. Morrow has retained the independent spirit of her unique heritage. 

Ms. Morrow received her law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama.  Throughout her  scholastic career, she received numerous awards including valedictorian, various scholarships, along with playing the trombone  in the University of Alabama's "Million Dollar" Band, prestigious book awards, and being on the Law Review at law school.

Ms. Morrow is civic minded and involved in many worthwhile organizations such as the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, United Methodist Church, Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts, University of Alabama - Million Dollar Alumni Band, Elmore County Historic Preservation Society, Elmore County Art Guild, Alabama Christian Academy Athletic and Band Booster, Alabama Dance Theatre, Montgomery Youth Chorale, Wetumpka Depot Players, Alabama Shakespeare Festival, The Newcomers Club of the Greater Montgomery Area, and the Wetumpka Chamber of Commerce including the Minority and Women Owned Business Development Task Force.

As a former municipal attorney for the City of Mobile, Ms. Morrow gained a specialty  in civil rights actions.  She has spoken on this topic and others for the Alabama League of Municipalities.  Additionally, Connie is The former Director of Homeless Clients for Legal Services Alabama, along with developing a specialty in Domestic Relations cases.  Also, she is the former head of a special crime unit concentrating on prosecuting crimes against women, children, disabled, mentally ill, retarded, and the elderly.  Plus she is an award winning musician, artist and public speaker. She is also involved with many local swim teams and Mardi Gras organizations.

Connie is a member of the American Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association.  She maintains working relationships with several professional organizations such as: The Federal Bar Association, The Family Law Section of the Alabama Bar Association - Lawyer Referral Service,  Alabama Administrative Office of Courts,  Alabama Law Institute,  American Prosecutors Research Institute, National District Attorneys Association, Alabama League of Municipalities, National Center of Prosecution of Child Abuse, and the U.S. Justice Department's National Advocacy Center.
